NIST Recovery Plan Approved (posted May 11, 2009)

On May 8, 2009, the National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) received Congressional approval of its plan to spend $580 million in stimulus funds.  NIST will allocate $360 million to the Construction of Research Facilities and $220 million to Scientific and Technical Research and Services, much of which will be awarded through competitive grant programs.
