OMB Releases Final Stimulus Reporting Requirements (posted June 23, 2009)

On June 22, 2009, the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) published its final guidance on reporting requirements for stimulus funds.  This guidance details the information that every primary recipient of stimulus funds must include in each quarterly report and provides a template for reporting data.  The first quarterly report is due on October 10, 2009.

OMB Publishes Further Guidance on Reporting Stimulus Funds (posted April 24, 2009)

On April 23, 2009, the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) published a Notice in the Federal Register outlining their interim final guidance for awarding and reporting the use of stimulus money.  This guidance details the information that entities receiving stimulus funds must report to the agency awarding funding.  Comments will be accepted on these requirements until OMB develops and publishes its final guidance.

OMB Publishes Implementing Guidance for Stimulus Funds(posted April 24, 2009)

On April 3, 2009, the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) published an update to the Implementing Guidance for stimulus funding that they originally issued on February 18, 2009.  This update reflects input received by OMB from the public, Congress, State and local government officials, grant and contract recipients, and Federal personnel.
